Here at aPOS we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all aPOSers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you need to bring or Ship the Product to our office at your expense. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned to aPOS in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 5 Days from the day it was delivered.

These categories cannot be returned:

1. Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
2. Items which have been used or installed.
3. Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
4. Products with missing labels or accessories.
5. Digital products.

aPOS Refund Policy

Once we have received your Item then that will go under a quality inspection and the refund will be initiated if the returned item meets our return policy.

Note: If any cash on delivery or Fawry order is eligible for a refund then the refund will be deposited into your aPOS Account as store credit within 2 days and which is valid for 1 year. For all gateways, as soon as the refund will get initiated from aPOS then it can take upto 14 working days to reflect the amount in your account and the delay may occur from the banks.

Partial Refunds:

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or have missing parts.

Sale Items:

Items which are part of any sale/offer cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
